Our standard Lease term is 12-months, but our team may provide more information about available term options during your tour!

Please provide a copy of a valid government issues ID and proof of income equal to 2.5x the rent amount.

We require a $50 application fee per applicant and a standard security deposit of $500. The security deposit amount may vary based on application screening results and rental history.
A signed Pet Addendum will accompany every lease for tenants who have a pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. Tenants must furnish proof of up-to-date vaccination upon move-in. Epic does not condone reptiles or birds in multi-family properties. **Emotional support letter/documentation required from a Medical Professional if applicable**

We require a minimum income of 2.5x rent, 1 positive rental reference, no prior evictions, and all applicants must apply and pass a background check. We also look at credit for any outstanding collections to other Landlords or utility companies.
